Volunteer Application Form

We’re so glad you are interested in becoming a volunteer for Village Neighbors. 

Due to the nature of the work done by volunteers, as well as the requirements of our insurance policy, background and driving checks will be conducted. The background checks will include a criminal background check with federal, state, and local justice agencies, as well as with the Department of Motor Vehicles. The background check is done by Checkr. Results from the background checks are confidential. Village Neighbors only sees an automated Pass/Fail result, the details of the background check are between you and Checkr.

The process to become a volunteer is easy, just fill in the blanks on the the form below: check your areas of interest, let us know if you have a valid driver's license and insurance, etc., and press the SEND button.  Completion of the application does not guarantee nor obligate Village Neighbors to offer you a volunteer opportunity*.  

After we receive your application form, you will receive an email response from the Village Neighbors and from [email protected].
